Method
How we verify
Short version: we test every code ourselves, recheck it on a schedule, and take it down the moment it stops being the best available. Here is the full method.
- Codes are checked by hand
- Before a code goes live, we run it through the firm's own checkout ourselves. Nothing is listed on a press release or a submitted form alone.
- Discounts are re-verified on a schedule
- Live codes get rechecked on a regular cadence, not just once at launch. If a code stops working or the terms change, the listing changes with it.
- Every deal shows its last-verified time
- Firm pages and deal cards carry a last-verified stamp with a date, so you can see exactly when we last confirmed the code, not just when it was first added.
- Firms drop off when they stop being the best
- If a code stops being the strongest discount available, or the firm pulls it, we remove the listing rather than leave a dead code up.
- Points states are literal
- Points show as pending until the firm confirms your purchase, and post to your balance once that confirmation clears the firm's refund window. From there you redeem them in the rewards store. They are never marked available before that.
