- What is Proprinse?
- Proprinse helps you start prop firm challenges for less. You get the best discount we have on each firm we track, and you earn points stacked on top when you buy through us, redeemable in our rewards store.
- What is the discount code?
- Use code RINSE at checkout on any firm we list. It applies the best discount we have negotiated for that firm.
- How do points work?
- When you start a challenge through our link or with code RINSE on an eligible firm, the firm credits us a referral commission once the purchase is confirmed. We hand part of that back to you as points: a 5% base rate, boosted up to 20% with the daily scratch, on top of the discount you already used. Points earn on eligible firms, not every firm we list, so check the firm page for the current rate before you buy. One point is worth 1 USD of value in the rewards store.
- Where do I see my points?
- Your points balance lives in your Proprinse account. Once the firm confirms the purchase, the points show as pending, then post to your balance after the firm's refund window closes. From there you spend them in the rewards store.
- My purchase is not showing, what do I do?
- Sign in and file a claim from your account page with the order ID from the firm's checkout. Claims are matched to your account once the firm confirms the purchase, so your points can be credited. Ad blockers and using a different code at checkout can break the tracking link before it ever reaches us, filing a claim fixes it either way.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Proprinse is free to use. The firms pay us a commission, and we hand a share of it back to you as points.
- Which firms can I use it on?
- Every firm listed on our firms page. We add and update firms as discounts change, so check the list for the current lineup and the discount on each.
- Do you give trading or financial advice?
- No. Proprinse lists discounts and points rewards and provides simple tools. Nothing on the site is financial advice, and trading prop firm challenges carries risk you are responsible for.
- How do I get started?
- Pick a firm on our firms page, use code RINSE at checkout, and create a Proprinse account so your points can be tracked and credited.
- What can I redeem points for?
- Points are store credit, not cash, and are not withdrawable. You spend them in the rewards store on apparel, prop firm evaluation credits, and partner tools like Trade Syncer, with more coming. One point is worth 1 USD of value at redemption.
- What happens if I get a refund from the firm?
- Points are calculated from commissions actually confirmed by the firm. If a sale is reversed or refunded, the points tied to it are removed or adjusted, as set out in our terms.
- How long until points post?
- Points show as pending once the firm confirms the purchase, and post to your balance after it clears the firm's refund window. From there you can spend them in the rewards store.
